Bubbling dream - A mix media GDT project for crealies dies

Greetings to all!!!!

Here I am again with this wonderful mix media project and I call it a bubbling DREAM!!!

I call it  wonderful because it's created with wonderful products from Crealies dies and I m totally in love with these products because of its quality!!!

The uniqueness of these dies is......
U just need to run your paper with these dies in your die cutting machine.... and in just one go it gives very crispy die cuts.....

For this mix media project here I have made a pictorial for you all my friends!!! Hope u will enjoy and get inspiration out of it!!!

To make this project I used these dies from crealies.nl

I made thick chippies by pasting 3 to 4 dies togather depends on what GSM paper u r using.... here I have used 3 die cuts as I have used 250GSM cardstock
Have also made some thick chipped from duo dies and created flowers from these set of 3 dies

coloured the flowers with some golden sprays and markers

Prepared some embossed feathers by fussy cut and coloured it!!!
Applied white crackle paste on base and few more elements
Made a sand texture paste by adding natural sand and some art stones to the modelling paste and applied on embroidery hoop

 Stick all the elements togather

Paint these elements with some pigments and after it dries applied a coat of golden paste. Stocked feathers to the project and tada!!!!!!! Our bubbling dream mix media is ready!!!!

Putting some more glimpses with the different angles

Hope u like my mix media bubbling dreams!!!💖💖💖💖

Leisure time spent and created lovely memories

Hi friends,

How r u all today?
It's weekend and I m happy to spend my weekends with my family specially with kids and hubby.....

My  children always keeps me busy..As I have many hobbies which I love doing it with them... at the same time i really miss my loving husband as he works  far away from our place. I really love to spend good time with him. Every single moment I spent is precious for me and I really love his company in my LIESURE time....

More Than words Challenges inspired me to play with such lovely topic which I recently spent with my husband and kids.

I used Kraft sheets embossed with different embossing folders and I arranged them like tiles... I spread some crackle white textured paste and stocked few rectangles and circles from die cuts.... I SPLATTERS FEW acrylic paints and also used few dots came out in different sizes from one of my die... and spread them too for some SPLATTERS LOOK...

Also created it keeping in mind about one more challenge from          mix media & art looking at its moodboard... i thought of this vintage look. I personally love making vintage and shabby chic projects💖💖

I always tell my children that your parents are your bestest friends forever and u can share anything with them... my husband is my best friend first and for me my kids and my husband... they are the bestest friends GOD has given me!!!! So would like to represent the same project for Kraft+ challenge also as I said I have used Kraft sheets for background as well I created these beautiful flowers also from the Kraft sheets... I took flower die cuts and stamped with voyage clock stamps as the time spent with them is very precious for me. And I sculpted them and used then to give extra elegance to my project

Here I would like to share few step by step pics I took while creating this....
Hope you all will like it....

Don't forget to send your entries to this More Than words challenges it's really amazing and you will definitely enjoy making their moodboards💖💖💖

Old treasure

Hi friends,

After watching so many inspirational projects from old treasure YouTube hop, i did not want to miss this opportunity to take part in mini contast and couldn't stop myself to start...

I collacted old frame, all die cuts, chipboard pieces, an old book fold art which I created from a cell phone manual just to try, jute cord,a small piece of brick effect which I created for one of my video  tutorial, corrugated sheet, few unused emblishments and a small mask I made almost 10 years back with some air drying sand clay by hobby ideas....

Applied a mixture of gesso, heavy body gel, and sand on frame and wrapped jute cord on the frame...
After that I fixed up my chipboard with bricks
Arranged all the elements as shown in the picture.. I also stick 4 to 5 same die cuts togather to make it stiff like chipboard and used it to create this old treasure....

Cover each part with black gesso
Applied earthen and traditional shades of acrylic paints
Firstly I applied direct shades on black gesso

After it dries, I applied second coat with lighter shades using dry brush techniques

After 2nd coat of lighter shade I applied gesso to highlight again with dry brushing

After finishing my colouring with dry brushing I used these three shades of lindy's stamp gang i.e. bombshell black, yellow rose of Texas and metropolitan pink.
Now here I have not mixed water in these bottles but I used dry powder from bottle and applied these dry shades with fingers

And you get a lovely  pearly shine with these shades

Finished my project arranging few more die cuts and Mayberry flowers and some leaves I cut from prima marketing dies

Here sharing few angles of my project tried taking lights falling from different  directions hope you like it....
